I just got back from playing 3 1/2 hrs of basketball. I'm really sweaty and sore. It was so much fun though!! Grayson, Jason, Lisa, Lauren, Heidi, Monz, and I played. For the last 1 hr or so everyone left except the guys and Monz & I, so we played team 21. When it was guys vs. girls, we'd always be ahead, then they'd tip our shot and set us back to zero. But we finally beat them at the end!!!

Ah...Now I only have one more huge test to go (for a while anyway...) I had my huge Bio and Chem test today. Hopefully tonight I can actually get to bed before tomorrow...aka midnight.

It's so sweet that it snowed--in March!! I love snow (and rain and sun too...)

I just got finished running the M with Lauren. That is like the funnest (ok most fun) run ever! It's about 5 miles but it doesn't feel like that at all. It's amazing...

So school started today...now my life is being sucked back into the craziness of never-ending school. There's so much going on right now...key club, NHS, senior-honor night, midterms...ya a lot. But only about 2 mos left!! THEN I'M A SENIOR!! YIPPEE!!! Ok anyways, I'd better go do something constructive.

Ah...my last day of no school...

When I think about this Resurrection Weekend and Good (God's) Friday, only one word can even come close: indescribable.

HE IS ALIVE!

Lauren and I just finished the Wheat Montana 5k. It was freezing cold. My toes were numb until the last 1/2 mile. Lauren got third over-all women (I was 5th over-all). And for our age group (15-19 girls) Lauren was first and I was second. My time was 23:37, which is a minute faster than my time from last year's Wheat MT 5k.

I'M SO STOKED THAT WE HAVE NO SCHOOL TOMORROW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This is the swim suit that I ordered and am really excited to get!! I'm so excited I just wanted to post it for everyone to see!! (Hopefully I'll look just as good in it as the model does ;))

Well nothing super exciting happened today...I have a lot of homework that I need to do instead of this... My car's antenna got "fixed". Well now it doesn't sound like a dying cow, but it doesn't go up at all. Supposedly we have to get a new motor for $180...but I say that as long as it plays music (which it does) then who cares...at least it doesn't sound like a dying cow!!

Lauren and I also went running today- at Blue Mountain. We did this nice 5 mile loop...in the snow again :). But this was a nice, light & fluffy snow.

Anyway...I'd better do my homework :(

Sunday at 7pm is one of the biggest highlights of my week...because I get to play competative basketball!!! The VCS Alumni girls invited us to come to their open gyms on Sundays. Last time I went, we played alum vs. high school 3 times...and the won twice. I was so annoyed because they shouldn't win...they may be "better" or more experienced, but we have more energy and all. So this week----we beat them twice!! It was sweet. I even scored like 4 3-pointers!! And one of my best friends Lauren Morey came and she was amazing (and hopefully she reads this.) She has a lot of heart, hustle and ya...amazingness. I really wish she would come back to Valley and play for our team, but I'll let her go wherever God wants her. (I just hope it's here :)). Btw, Bekah and Monz and Heidi and Lauren, I love playing basketball with you guys!!

So I procrastinated all weekend (and did this "stupid" blog) so I've been doing homework like all the time today... Except from 8-9:30am, when I went to church. (Btw, the video from baptism Sunday was awesome). And from 10-4pm when I was team sorting. Ya, my mom and I went down to the Diamond A Arena in Victor (?) with my horse TC and her horse Nick to team sort. It was fun. The cows were really fresh though, so it was hard to get a clean run...but still it was fun. TC makes me look so good!

I just got back from a "wild game dinner" that my dad won at a silent auction. It happened to be hosted by the Clawsons, and Mrs. Clawson is my discipleship teacher. They served us quail and sky carp (goose) and pheasant and chucker. The dessert was also wonderful- a chocolate meringue with whipped cream and berries and also a lemon meringue. I ate a lot of dessert...but that's why I run :)

Yesterday I went on the most fun run of my life! Monica and Lauren and I ran 6 miles. We started at the Pattee Canyon-Mt. Sentinel trailhead and planned to run from there all the way over to the M and then loop back to the head. But about 2 switchbacks up the M, it started snowing and we could see an even bigger storm closing in. Well we were stuck halfway, we either had to finish going up the mountain or back the way we came. Since we were only in shorts and long sleeve shirts, we decided to go back the way we came. The snow was very cold on our faces, so Lauren and I took off our t-shirts under our long sleeve shirts and wrapped them around our heads. Everyone driving by was laughing at us. But it was probably the best run ever. We are now true runners- we conquered nature's hissiefit.
